How Small Event Photography Works
Every booking begins with an inquiry and a short review of the event date, venue, duration, and key priorities. This helps shape a coverage plan that fits the pace of the event and the images you want to keep.
Mahon Moments provides on-location photography within Mahon and nearby districts. Coverage is usually booked by appointment, with limited Sunday availability for selected events and access confirmed in advance.

Half-day coverage is typically planned for four to six hours, with editing and curation handled after the event. Duplicates, test frames, and technically unsuitable images are removed before the private gallery is prepared.
The final selection gallery is organized for easy review, and the difference between preview images and edited files is explained before you choose your favorites. Speaker and guest portraits can also be included when they are part of the agreed plan.
